Royal Enfield launches Bullet 650 motorcycle in India

Royal Enfield has introduced the Bullet 650 to the Indian market, reviving its iconic nameplate with a modern 650cc parallel‑twin engine. The bike retains classic styling cues such as the teardrop fuel tank, hand‑painted pinstripes and a long bench seat, while adding contemporary touches like a casquette‑mounted LED headlamp with “tiger‑eye” pilot lamps and a semi‑digital instrument cluster.

The Bullet 650 is built on a steel tubular spine frame, features Showa suspension, 19‑inch front and 18‑inch rear wheels, and offers dual‑channel ABS as standard. It delivers 46.4 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque, paired with a 6‑speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. Two colour options – Cannon Black and Battleship Blue – are priced at ₹3,64,856 (ex‑showroom, Delhi).

With a 14.8‑litre fuel tank, 243 kg weight and an upright riding posture, the new Bullet 650 aims to combine long‑standing heritage with the power needed for modern Indian roads.
