Royal Enfield unveils Classic 650 Hypershift 125th Anniversary Edition
Royal Enfield has launched the Classic 650 Hypershift 125th Anniversary Edition to commemorate 125 years of motorcycle manufacturing. The special edition is strictly limited to 625 units worldwide, with 125 units allocated to each major global region.
The motorcycle features a unique Hypershift paint scheme that transitions between red, green, and gold depending on the lighting and viewing angle. This finish utilizes a brass-inspired base layer as a tribute to the company’s earliest models from 1901. Additional aesthetic details include hand-painted pinstripes, a gilded 125th-anniversary crest on the fuel tank, special side-panel badging, and a premium quilted brown leather seat.
Mechanically, the anniversary model remains unchanged from the standard Classic 650. It is powered by a 648cc parallel-twin engine producing approximately 47 hp and 52.3 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike retains its standard suspension and braking hardware, including Showa telescopic forks and dual-channel ABS.
