Royal Enfield's Himalayan 750 prototype seen in UK as launch approaches EICMA 2026

A near‑production version of Royal Enfield’s new Himalayan 750 adventure bike was photographed riding near the company’s UK Technology Centre in Leicestershire. The bike features a re‑worked 750 cc parallel‑twin engine, road‑biased tyres and a revised chassis that suggest it is ready for mass‑market release.

CEO B. Govindarajan confirmed the model’s development, saying the company will unveil the Himalayan 750 at the EICMA show in Milan in 2026. The launch is expected to include at least two versions, each aimed at different riding styles, and the power output is projected to exceed 60 hp, moving the bike above the A2 licence limit.

The prototype’s styling draws on the existing Himalayan 450 family and shows visual cues from the Husqvarna Norden 901, indicating Royal Enfield’s intent to broaden its appeal in the global adventure‑motorcycle segment.
