RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat begins global tour of US, Canada, and UK

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is embarking on a multi-country tour of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom as part of a global outreach campaign marking the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) centenary year.

In the United States, Bhagwat will address the ‘Ekatmata Utsav’ (Universal Oneness) event in Manhattan, New York, on August 29, which is expected to draw thousands of members of the Indian diaspora. His itinerary includes meetings with intellectuals and the Hindu community to promote a factual perspective on India and the RSS, as well as the principle of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’.

Following the U.S. visit, Bhagwat will travel to Toronto, Canada, on August 31 and September 1 to engage with community leaders. Due to reported protests by Khalistani groups in Canada, authorities have implemented high security measures for his visit, including background checks for those seeking meetings. The tour is expected to conclude with community and leadership programs in London, United Kingdom.
