RTVE Catalunya has presented the 2026-2027 programming season for La 2Cat, marking the channel's first anniversary. The new season, set to launch on October 10, features an expanded focus on humor, local stories, and regional identity.

Key new programs include ‘Catalunya fantàstica’, hosted by Albert Pla, which explores regional myths and legends; ‘Cervells mínims’ with Toni Clapés; ‘Nous guerrers’ with Erik Harley, which commemorates the centenary of Antoni Gaudí's death; and ‘Tot això eren camps’ with Judit Martín.

The anniversary launch will include a special program and a full broadcast of a concert by Oques Grasses from the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys. The channel also continues established formats such as ‘L’any que vas néixer’ and ‘Pla seqüència’, while introducing ‘Temps enrere’ to recover audiovisual heritage.
