Ruben Onsu legal team protests mediation leak and alleges intimidation

The legal dispute between Ruben Onsu and his former wife, Sarwendah, regarding child custody has intensified. Ruben’s legal counsel, Minola Sebayang, has raised objections following the leak of confidential information from their mediation sessions. Sebayang stated that the specific tasks or ‘homework’ assigned by the mediator to the principals were intended to remain private and should not have been disclosed to the public or the media.

Additionally, Ruben’s legal team has alleged that he has faced various forms of intimidation from Sarwendah via WhatsApp, including threats involving debt collectors and accusations of infidelity. The dispute also involves child support payments totaling Rp200 million per month, which Ruben’s side claims have not been paid since December 2026. In response, Ruben’s counsel is preparing to request a legal audit regarding the usage of previously provided child support funds.
