By late September, the litigation escalated as Sarwendah filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Onsu at the South Jakarta District Court (case number 1198/Pdt.G/2026/PN JKT.SEL). The suit alleges that Onsu has failed to pay monthly installments for two houses, estimated at approximately Rp300 million, since late 2025. These properties are currently held as collateral by PT Bank Central Asia (BCA), and the missed payments risk the assets being auctioned. The lawsuit includes PT Bank Central Asia as a party, with the first court hearing scheduled for October 13, 2026.
