Ruben Onsu moves to file custody lawsuit against Sarwendah

Indonesian entertainer Ruben Onsu is preparing to file a custody lawsuit concerning his two daughters, Thania and Thalia, following his divorce from Sarwendah. His lawyer Minola Sebayang said the legal step is being taken because the existing post‑divorce arrangement on visitation has not been honored and because the children have been involved in public activities with Sarwendah and her partner Giorgio Antonio, which Onsu believes could affect their emotional well‑being.

Sebayang emphasized that the motive is parental concern, not personal jealousy, stating that Onsu wants to ensure a stable, conflict‑free environment for the children. The lawyer added that the necessary documentation is being assembled and the case will be submitted once all administrative requirements are met.
