Ruben Onsu Pursues Custody of Children Over TikTok Live Exposure

Indonesian presenter Ruben Onsu has intensified his dispute with ex‑wife Sarwendah, alleging that external parties are undermining his relationship with their children. Onsu claims his daughter Thalia’s late‑night TikTok livestreams expose the children to an unhealthy environment and says a family member, identified as Joe Octavianus, may be influencing them.

Through his lawyer Minola Sebayang, Onsu signaled intent to seek legal custody, stating the current surroundings are “not suitable for the children.” He emphasized the need to protect the minors from “people who are not mature,” and highlighted concerns that the children’s behavior is being shaped by undue external influence.
