The summit aims to establish a new action plan for the 2027-2029 period, building upon previous cooperation frameworks.

In preparation for the diplomatic event, the international festival ‘Africa. Together towards the future’ opened in Moscow on October 7. The cultural festival serves as a showcase for contemporary African creativity, featuring cinema, dance, fashion, and art exhibitions from countries including Senegal, Mozambique, Mali, Ghana, and Burkina Faso.
