Russia may target NATO eastern flank with hybrid attacks, CIA warns

The CIA has warned European nations that Russia may be preparing hybrid operations targeting Poland and the Baltic states. Intelligence assessments suggest these potential actions could include the sabotage of critical infrastructure and “false flag” operations designed to trigger political chaos within NATO.

Reports indicate that Russian military or intelligence agencies might attempt to use captured Ukrainian drones to stage attacks. In response, Poland, Latvia, and Estonia have increased security measures around vital assets such as power plants, dams, and gas storage facilities.
