In the Ulyanovsk region, Governor Aleksei Russkikh reported that eight people, including a child, were injured. The attack reportedly damaged industrial and civilian sites, including the Zavod Iskra electronics factory, which is part of the Almaz-Antey defense conglomerate.

In the Perm region, Governor Dmitrij Makhonin described a “massive” attack on an industrial facility. Reports suggest the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery may have been a target, with footage showing smoke and fire.

In the Voronezh region, Governor Aleksandr Gusev stated that air defense units intercepted 88 drones. The strikes resulted in four injuries and damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and industrial plants.

Other significant impacts included: - Belgorod: One civilian was killed and another injured when a drone struck a truck. - Rostov: Approximately 50 drones were intercepted, and the Novoshashtinsk refinery was damaged, forcing a temporary suspension of operations. - Samara: An electric locomotive and a passenger train car were damaged, injuring a mechanic and suspending rail traffic.

Russian defense ministry officials claimed that air defense units intercepted a total of 592 drones during the overnight operations.
