Russian airstrike on Sumy kills five as Ukraine reports naval clash and Moldova names new prime minister

A Russian airstrike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy killed at least five people, including a child, and wounded about 30 others, authorities said. Separate Russian attacks in Odessa left two dead, and a rocket strike on Kyiv caused further injuries.

Ukraine reported that its forces struck roughly 30 Russian vessels operating in the Azov Sea.
