Rybnik residents vote on participatory budget projects

Residents of Rybnik are participating in a participatory budgeting vote to decide on local expenditures. Citizens are permitted to support one city-wide project and one district-specific project.

Voting can be conducted through two primary methods: online via an electronic form or in person using paper ballots. For online voting, residents must provide personal details, including name, date of birth, and address, and complete a mobile phone verification via SMS. For paper voting, designated locations such as the Rybnik City Hall, Urban Lab, and various public libraries are available for ballot submission.
