In Białystok, the results for the 2027 participatory budget have been released following a vote involving 30,181 ballots. Out of 72 submitted projects, 33 were selected for implementation. The top-voted initiative is the ‘School of the Future - development, therapy, and relaxation zone’ at Primary School No. 37. Other winners include the ‘Bicycle connectors, whole city, new facilities’ project and the ‘Green Kościuszko Market’. Due to high costs, the 3 million PLN school category fund was fully exhausted by two projects estimated at 1.5 million PLN each. Meanwhile, the 8 million PLN city-wide pool supported 23 successful projects.
