Ryman Hospitality Properties to acquire Grande Lakes Orlando for $1.38 billion

Ryman Hospitality Properties has announced a $1.38 billion agreement to acquire the Grande Lakes Orlando complex from Trinity Investments. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, includes a 1,010-room JW Marriott, a 582-room Ritz-Carlton, a Greg Norman championship golf course, a spa, and a waterpark.

The acquisition will increase Ryman’s total room count by approximately 13% and marks the company’s first entry into the Ritz-Carlton brand. Marriott will continue to manage the marketing and branding for both hotels. Ryman expects the transaction to be accretive to adjusted funds from operations per share by 2027.

In related market news, Ryman Hospitality Properties has maintained a consensus “Buy” rating from twelve brokerages. Recent analyst reports from firms including BMO Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies have issued price targets ranging from $112 to $145.
