Rzeszów ranks second in Accolade 'Beyond the Hubs' Polish business city list

Accolade, together with REDD and Michael Page, published the "Beyond the Hubs" report assessing Polish cities with populations between 100,000 and 400,000 for their logistics, production and warehousing potential. The ranking placed Rzeszów in second position nationwide, following Szczecin, with Białystok taking third. The study focused on locations outside the largest agglomerations and evaluated factors such as labour market, infrastructure and the maturity of the warehousing sector.

Rzeszów mayor Konrad Fijołek said the outcome “confirms that Rzeszów is continuously strengthening its position as a strong and modern economic centre and is one of the most attractive places in Poland for locating new investments, creating jobs and developing modern business.” The report highlighted the city’s strong industrial base, high technical competence of residents, the aviation‑valley ecosystem and its strategic position on international corridors like Via Carpatia. Accolade’s director Joanna Sinkiewicz noted Szczecin’s advantage from proximity to Germany, ports and a well‑developed logistics market, while Rzeszów benefits from a skilled workforce and improving transport infrastructure.
