S-CER Rallye Isla de Los Volcanes to take place in Lanzarote Aug 4‑8

The sixth round of the 2026 Supercampeonato de España de Rallyes (S‑CER) will be held on Lanzarote from 4 to 8 August. The Rallye Isla de Los Volcanes‑Trofeo Ciudad de Arrecife, now part of the S‑CER calendar, will feature 42 entered teams and 14 Rally2 cars (Skoda Fabia, Toyota Yaris, Citroën C3, Hyundai i20 N, Lancia HF Ypsilon).

Current championship leaders José Antonio “Cohete” Suárez and Alberto Iglesias head the standings with 142 points, 34 ahead of runner‑up Iván Ares. Local Canarian drivers such as Yeray Lemes, Juan Carlos Quintana, Gustavo Sosa, Borja Pérez and Alfonso Viera will also compete. The event is organized by CD Evesport and runs alongside the Canary Islands‑WRC rally, underscoring the archipelago’s prominent role in Spanish motorsport.
