Sacombank launches VND 5 trillion loan program for Vinhomes buyers

Sacombank announced a loan programme dedicated to purchasing Vinhomes properties, allocating a total credit limit of VND 5 trillion (about US$215 million). The scheme runs until 31 December 2026 and offers borrowers up to 80 % of a property's value, with loan terms of up to 35 years. Fixed‑interest packages range from 12 to 36 months at an annual rate of 10.5 %, and early repayment is free after the fifth year. Vinhomes partners provide a 0 % interest subsidy to further reduce costs.

The programme applies to six Vinhomes projects: Golden City (Hải Phong), Golden Gate Ha Long (Quảng Ninh), Hải Vân Bay (Đà Nẵng), Green City (Tây Ninh), Green Paradise, and Saigon Park (Ho Chi Minh City). Customers can also manage loans via the SACOMBANK PAY app, which supports online payments, automatic debit setup, and personalised account numbers.
