SADES AI technology advances real estate appraisal in Turkey

A new domestic artificial intelligence-supported technology, known as the SADES infrastructure, has been developed in Turkey to address the data analysis, process management, and report control needs of the real estate appraisal sector. Developed by Creative Solution, the system is currently being utilized by ARGE Gayrimenkul Değerleme to integrate advanced technology into data collection and analysis, aiming to reduce human error and increase reporting speed and reliability.

In a related global development, the United States is preparing for a transition to a new technology-supported reporting structure. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are implementing the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6, which renovates the data and reporting structure used in residential appraisal reports. The use of UAD 3.6 will become mandatory for new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) starting November 2, 2026. This new structure focuses on dynamic reporting based on property characteristics and standardized data fields.
