Sakarya Municipality Launches Fourth Youth Science Workshop for Students

Sakarya Büyükşehir Belediyesi organized the fourth session of its "Genç Düşünürler Bilim Atölyesi" (Young Thinkers Science Workshop) for primary and secondary school students. The event took place at the Adapazarı Social Development Center and featured hands‑on activities such as examining content from the "Bilim Çocuk" magazine, conducting simple experiments, leaf‑painting, and making seed balls. Expert trainers guided the children, helping them turn theoretical knowledge into practical experience. The Sakarya University Biology Club volunteered to assist, providing additional scientific explanations and support during the experiments. The workshop aimed to boost students' interest in science, develop their manual skills, and raise environmental awareness through interactive learning.
