Sal Da Vinci launches new Rai 1 two‑part show “Meraviglioso”

Italian singer‑songwriter Sal Da Vinci will host a two‑episode prime‑time programme on Rai 1 on 20 and 27 November, borrowing its title from his ten‑year‑old hit “Meraviglioso”. The show, presented during Rai’s schedule unveiling in Ancona, will promote the UNESCO candidacy of the Neapolitan song and highlight Da Vinci’s Campanian roots. He recently won the Sanremo Festival with “Per sempre sì”, qualified for the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, received an honorary degree in pop‑rock singing from the Conservatory of Nicola Sala in Benevento, and contributed voice work to *Toy Story 5*. In the same period he celebrated his 42‑year marriage anniversary and is touring Italy with his “Live 2026” concerts, which include stops from Forte dei Marmi to Padova.

The programme aims to blend music, personal stories and cultural heritage, marking a further milestone in Da Vinci’s career after years of television appearances such as on “Sanremo Top” and “Io Canto Family”.
