Salta Governor delivers 138 homes via provincial housing plan

In Salta, Governor Gustavo Sáenz oversaw the delivery of 138 homes, consisting of 72 duplexes and 66 apartments, as part of the first stage of the 'Casa Propia con Ahorro Previo' provincial plan. The project was executed by the Instituto Provincial de Vivienda (IPV) in the Pereyra Rozas neighborhood.

Sáenz stated that the province took responsibility for completing more than 2,000 homes using provincial resources following a halt in national financing. He noted that the administration has delivered over 4,600 homes and provided more than 7,000 land titles to families seeking legal security.
