Argentina hosts regional technology and energy development summits

Various regional initiatives in Argentina are focusing on technological and industrial development. In La Pampa, the Ministry of Production and the CITIA Agency will host three days of innovation workshops from October 27 to 29 in Santa Rosa, Colonia Santa Teresa, and General Pico to connect scientific knowledge with the productive sector, covering topics like artificial intelligence and agricultural technology.

In Salta, the city will host the first edition of Argentina Space from November 11 to 13. This business hub for the space industry aims to link space technology with sectors such as mining, agriculture, and telecommunications, featuring participation from international and national experts.

In Tierra del Fuego, Terra Ignis Energía S.A., supported by the provincial government, will organize a meeting in Ushuaia on November 26 and 27 titled “Repensar las Cuencas Maduras.” The event will bring together public and private sector representatives to discuss the reactivation of conventional hydrocarbons, tax schemes, royalties, and offshore opportunities in the Austral Basin to attract investment and sustain employment.
