Violent crimes reported in Mexico, Argentina, and Ecuador

Multiple violent incidents have been reported across different regions. In Saltillo, Coahuila, a 21-year-old man, Johan Jared “N”, was fatally stabbed by his partner, Azucena Noemí “N”, following a dispute over alcohol consumption. The suspect was detained by municipal police.

In Corrientes, Argentina, a 36-year-old man, Sergio Hugo Sánchez, killed his partner, Marina Rosalía Segovia, 46, by strangulation before committing suicide by hanging. The scene was discovered by the victim's son.

In El Oro, Ecuador, a series of armed attacks during an August holiday resulted in 16 murders. Notable incidents include a massacre in El Guabo where four young people were killed in a single attack, and several other killings in Machala, Santa Rosa, and Huaquillas.
