Ecuador: Armed attacks in Samborondón and Guayaquil leave multiple casualties

Multiple violent incidents have been reported in Ecuador. In Samborondón, an armed attack in the Tarifa parish near the Bellavista track left two men dead and one person injured. The deceased have been identified as Junior Antonio García Rodríguez, 40, and Jorly Arroyo. The third victim, José Luis Saverio Vázquez, was hospitalized with four gunshot wounds.

In Guayaquil, security camera footage captured an attack on a motorcyclist at a hotel parking lot. Two individuals dressed in uniforms resembling security guards, wearing balaclavas, shot the man before fleeing in a taxi. The victim was reported to be in stable condition with leg injuries.
