STMicroelectronics, Schneider Electric, Netcompany and Shell report July 2026 share buybacks

STMicroelectronics N.V. repurchased 226,883 ordinary shares on Euronext Paris between 20 July and 24 July 2026 at a weighted‑average price of €50.4457, spending €11.45 million. The buyback satisfied obligations under its employee share‑option programmes and added to the company’s treasury holdings, which now total about 2.1% of issued capital.
