Samsat mobile services available across Jakarta and surrounding areas

Polda Metro Jaya has deployed mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap) services across ten locations in the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) regions to assist taxpayers with motor vehicle tax payments.

Available locations include Jakarta Pusat at JICC Senayan, Tangerang at Alun-Alun Cibodas and Ayodya Apartment, Serpong at the Samsat parking lot and ITC BSD, Ciledug at the Samsat office and Green Lake City, Ciputat at the Samsat parking lot and Pondok Betung Village office, Kelapa Dua at the Pagedangan District office, Bekasi at the West Bekasi District office, Depok at the Samsat parking lot and Cipayung Village office, and Cinere at the Pasir Putih office. Bekasi Regency is noted as having no service available.

To utilize these services, taxpayers must bring original documents including their ID card (KTP), vehicle ownership book (BPKB), and vehicle registration certificate (STNK), along with photocopies. These mobile units are specifically for annual motor vehicle tax payments; five-year STNK renewals and license plate changes must still be processed at the nearest permanent Samsat office.
