Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra specs confirmed via Geekbench leak

A Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra entry (model SM‑X946B) appeared in the Geekbench database, revealing that the upcoming flagship tablet will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC. The chipset features one prime core clocked at 4.21 GHz, three performance cores and four efficiency cores, and the device scored 2,424 points in the single‑core test and 8,446 points in the multi‑core test – a modest gain over the previous Tab S11 Ultra.

The leak also confirms 12 GB of RAM (with a possible 16 GB variant), Android 17 with One UI 9, a 14.6‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, an 11,600 mAh battery with 45 W fast charging, and a camera suite of 13 MP main, 8 MP ultra‑wide and 12 MP front sensors. Samsung is expected to launch the tablet in September 2026 with a price around US$1,100‑1,200, continuing its partnership with MediaTek after using Dimensity 9300+ and 9400+ in earlier Tab Ultra models.
