Samsung unveils Bespoke AI home technology in Mexico

Samsung presented its Bespoke AI portfolio during a special edition of ‘The Brief’ event held in Mexico City on September 9, 2026. The presentation focused on how artificial intelligence is redefining the connected home experience by integrating climate control, laundry, and kitchen appliances through the SmartThings platform.

The new technology allows appliances to learn user habits, automate routine tasks, and optimize energy consumption. HS Jo, President and CEO of Samsung Latin America, stated that technology should assume operational tasks to free up valuable time for users, allowing them to focus on more important matters.

Key solutions highlighted included the WindFree™ AI air conditioning system and various intelligent appliances designed to increase efficiency and convenience in the modern household.
