Samuele Battaglia, a 22‑year‑old from Savona, was crowned the winner of the interregional final of the “Il + Bello d’Italia” talent competition. The event took place at Palazzo Tagliaferro in Andora, with nine contestants from various Italian regions presenting before an all‑female jury.

As the interregional champion, Battaglia will represent his region at the grand final in Alassio on 23 August, to be held in Piazza Partigiani. The contest, founded by brothers Silvio and Antonio Fasano in 1979, has launched the careers of several Italian media personalities.

The Andora ceremony was hosted by local singer Diandra Delfino and opened by Mayor Mauro Demichelis. Other category winners were also announced, covering television, cinema, sport, fashion, and a special Antonio Fasano prize.
