Samut Prakan police raid warehouses to seize 6 million baht in counterfeit cosmetics

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) conducted raids on two warehouses in Samut Prakan province to dismantle a large-scale operation selling counterfeit Thai and international cosmetic brands through online platforms.

Authorities seized 117 items, totaling over 52,495 pieces of counterfeit products with an estimated value of more than 6 million baht. The raids took place in Bang Phli and Mueang Samut Prakan districts following consumer complaints regarding products being sold at unusually low prices online. Police warned that these counterfeit items could cause allergic reactions or other health hazards to users.
