San Bernardino teens arrested for jacuzzi attack during TikTok stunt

Two 13-year-old boys were arrested in San Bernardino, California, following an unprovoked attack on 48-year-old Greg Medina during what was allegedly a TikTok stunt. The incident occurred on August 14 while Medina was relaxing in his jacuzzi.

Surveillance footage shows one teenager delivering a forceful kick to the back of Medina’s head while the other stole his iPhone to prevent him from calling the police. The assault resulted in Medina being diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome, causing ongoing dizziness and headaches. The victim, a chef for Lutheran Social Services, also reported financial strain due to lost property and missed work during his recovery.

The suspects were identified and turned in to authorities by their parents. Medina later met with the teenagers and their families at the jail, stating that he has forgiven the boys after they offered their apologies.
