San Diego Comic-Con Málaga returns for second edition in 2026

The second edition of San Diego Comic-Con Málaga is scheduled to take place from October 1 to 4, 2026, at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA). The event aims to establish Andalusia as a central hub for the global entertainment industry.

The convention will feature over 300 hours of programming covering cinema, series, comics, manga, anime, video games, and cosplay. To manage large crowds, organizers have introduced a digital agenda via the ‘Fan Portal’ for early reservations of main panel sessions.

General Director Fernando Piquer emphasized that while the event maintains international standards of excellence and high-level guests, it offers a more accessible and personal experience compared to its American counterpart. The audiovisual block remains a major attraction, with Hall M hosting panels featuring industry professionals to discuss film and television phenomena.
