San Luis Province advances 314 new homes under ‘Tenemos Futuro’ program

The government of San Luis province in Argentina is progressing with the construction of 314 housing units under the ‘Tenemos Futuro’ program. Work is underway on several blocks, with interior and exterior plastering, ceilings, sidewalks, and utility installations advancing across the sites. The first tranche of 150 homes is scheduled for delivery on 21 November, marking the start of the program’s initial allocation phase.

Governor Claudio Poggi highlighted the ongoing development of the new neighbourhood, noting completed concrete slabs, ongoing waterproofing, electrical and gas installations, and the nearing completion of the main structures for the remaining units. The project follows earlier provincial initiatives, including the allocation of 800 homes in 2025 and recent infrastructure upgrades such as a new primary health centre and natural gas supply.
