Calabria's Naturium Launches Month‑Long Regional Food Celebration

From 15 July to 15 August, the Naturium cultural project is hosting “Un mese di Calabria, tra gusto e sapori” in the towns of Montepaone, Satriano and Rende. The programme showcases a curated selection of Calabrian agro‑food excellence – including blueberries, tomatoes, cherries, various vegetables, figs, pasta, wine, cured meats and cheeses – chosen by Giovanni Sgrò and his team. Participating producers range from small family farms to historic brands, all receiving dedicated visibility and special offers. The initiative aims to highlight the region’s biodiversity, agricultural traditions and culinary heritage, linking quality food with cultural storytelling and encouraging visitors to explore Calabria’s gastronomic identity.
