San-X announces new Tarepanda merchandise collection

San-X has announced a new line of merchandise for its character Tarepanda under the theme ‘Itsumo no Tarepanda’ (The Usual Tarepanda). Originally debuting in July 1998, the character is known for its distinctive slumped posture and slow movements.

The upcoming collection includes a variety of lifestyle and stationery items, such as memo pads, B6SP notebooks, clear holders, stickers, pouches, tote bags, and pass cases. The lineup also features several types of plush toys, including sets paired with the character's favorite snack, suama, and specialized soft-textured versions.

These items are scheduled to be released in early October 2026 through retailers across Japan and the San-X online shop.
