Sandro Alex and Alexandre Curi commit to APAEs investments in Paraná

Sandro Alex, the PSD candidate for the Governor of Paraná, and Alexandre Curi, the Republican candidate for the Senate, have signed a Letter of Intent with the Federation of APAEs of the State of Paraná (FEAPAEs-PR). The agreement commits to the continuity of investments in education for people with disabilities (PcD) and support for their families.

The proposed measures include ensuring integral protection, specific clinical protocols within the SUS, and technical and pedagogical parity with the public school system. The plan also aims to promote artistic and sporting programs to highlight the talents of people with disabilities.

Sandro Alex stated that his government plan intends to expand the 'Todos Iguais pela Educação' program, implement Specialized Educational Service Centers, and ensure stable multi-year funding. Currently, the Paraná government allocates approximately R$ 540 million annually to specialized schools, benefiting about 40,000 students through provisions such as school meals, transportation, technology, and infrastructure.
