Sandro Alex proposes AI emergency services and cinema hub for Paraná

Sandro Alex, a PSD candidate for the governorship of Paraná, has proposed several initiatives as part of his 2026 campaign platform. One proposal involves unifying the state’s emergency services, such as SAMU and Civil Defense, through a centralized system utilizing artificial intelligence. This AI-driven center would perform initial triage to quickly direct callers to the appropriate agency while maintaining the specialized functions and confidentiality of each individual department.

Additionally, Alex plans to establish a ‘Cidade do Cinema’ (Cinema City), a cultural hub designed for indoor filming. This facility would provide dedicated spaces for voiceovers, projection, editing, and set creation to attract more production companies to the state. The initiative aims to bolster the creative economy and integrate Paraná into national and international audiovisual circuits, building upon the work of the PR Film Commission.
