Sandro Alex outlines Paraná campaign platform and housing plans

During his campaign for the governorship of Paraná, PSD candidate Sandro Alex has outlined several key policy proposals and addressed recent incidents. Alex has pledged to expand the ‘Casa Fácil’ housing subsidy program to reach an additional 60,000 families, utilizing credit from the Inter-American Development Bank. He also stated that he does not intend to privatize the state sanitation company, Sanepar, favoring modernization while maintaining state control over essential services.

Economically, Alex aims to position Paraná as the third-largest economy in Brazil, citing the state's current growth and logistical advantages. His platform includes infrastructure improvements, such as expanding highway capacity in the western region and supporting the agribusiness sector.

In recent news, Rafael Greca, the candidate for vice-governor on Alex's ticket, was hospitalized in Curitiba after a fall during a campaign event in Maripá. Greca clarified via social media that he did not suffer any fractures and is in stable condition, expecting a brief period of rest before returning to the campaign trail.
