Sanremo Rock & Trend Festival to hold North Italy finals in Ferrara

The Sanremo Rock & Trend Festival is hosting its North Italy finals at the Castello Estense courtyard in Ferrara. The event, organized by Nove Eventi in collaboration with the Fondazione del Teatro Comunale, will take place on Friday, September 4, and Sunday, September 6.

Winning bands from these regional finals will earn a spot in the national finals held at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo on September 11 and 12. Now in its 39th edition, the international competition focuses on emerging artists in genres such as rock, indie, alternative, pop rock, and metal.

The September 4 performances will feature guests Ferretti, Capabrò, and Monikà, while the September 6 event will include Valentina Carati and Nicola Ferrari. The competition is judged by a panel including Paolo Martorana, Fabio Marzola, Davide Maggioni, Annarosa Fava, and Monica Atzei.
