Santa Fe Governor recognizes 88 retired police officers rejoining the force

Governor Maximiliano Pullaro held a ceremony in Rosario to recognize 88 retired police officers who reincorporated into the force in 2024 to support public security tasks in Santa Fe.

Pullaro credited these officers with contributing to significant changes within the police institution and improving provincial violence indicators. He noted that their presence has helped recover public spaces and foster an environment conducive to investment. Among those honored was Police Director General Danilo Villán, a retired agent who returned to serve in the Provincial Directorate for Mass Event Security.

The provincial government is currently promoting a new call for retired police personnel to assist with custody duties in public spaces as part of its ongoing security plan.
