Santa Fe Province Debt Payment Plan Attracts Over 3,000 Sign‑Ups in First Week
The Santa Fe provincial government launched a Special Debt Financing Plan that received more than 3,100 applications in its first week of operation. The scheme allows taxpayers to regularize provincial taxes – including Gross Income, Property, Vehicle, Stamp and Scholarship Institute levies – through installments of up to 36 months, with some options offering 0 % interest.
Two options are offered: Plan A, aimed at families, small and medium contributors, and owners of up to two properties or vehicles, gathered 2,544 requests, making it the most popular. Plan B, targeting those with more than two properties or vehicles, recorded 552 applications. A separate line also supports disability assistance services, with four applications totaling AR$1.49 million. Governor Maximiliano Pullaro and Economy Minister Pablo Olivares highlighted the plan’s role in supporting employment, production and the provincial economy. Applicants enroll via the province’s online portal, where they can view debts, simulate payment schedules and confirm their enrollment.
