Santa Fe Province sees over 15,000 taxpayers enroll in special payment plan

The Santa Fe provincial government reports that 15,710 taxpayers have joined its Plan Especial de Pago, a program designed to regularise tax debts with favourable financing. The scheme, which remains open until 31 July, allows repayment of Ingresos Brutos, Impuesto Inmobiliario, Patente Única de Vehículos and Sellos in up to 36 installments with subsidised rates or 0 % interest.

Plan A, aimed at small‑ and medium‑sized businesses and families with up to two properties or vehicles, attracted 11,946 enrolments (about 76 % of total sign‑ups). Plan B, for larger property or vehicle holders, recorded 3,641 participants, while Plans C and D captured only a handful of large contributors and companies with disputed obligations. A separate track also offers disability‑service providers interest‑free repayment, with 12 enrolments so far.

Enrollment is conducted online through the government’s Gestiones Ciudadanas portal. Florencio Galíndez, the subsecretary of Public Revenue, said the initiative, launched by Governor Maximiliano Pullaro, seeks to ease the financial burden on producers, investors and residents amid a slow‑down in economic activity and limited access to credit.
