Santander holds major real estate auctions in Brazil

Santander is conducting several large-scale online real estate auctions in Brazil throughout October, with significant activity scheduled for October 6. These auctions feature a wide variety of properties, including houses, apartments, commercial spaces, and land, distributed across 20 to 22 states and the Federal District.

One auction organized with Zuk features over 200 properties with discounts reaching up to 76% and financing options for up to 420 months. Another auction held in partnership with Sold Leilões includes 202 properties across 20 states, offering discounts of up to 90% on initial bids. A third auction in partnership with Biasi Leilões includes 209 properties.

Financing terms vary by property type: houses and apartments may qualify for up to 420 months of financing, while commercial rooms may qualify for up to 360 months, subject to credit approval. Land and plots generally require cash payments. For eligible properties, the use of FGTS funds may be permitted under specific regulations.
