Santos Cerdán under investigation regarding Koldo case

A judicial investigation is examining the financial activities of Santos Cerdán, the former Secretary of Organization for the PSOE. A magistrate has requested digital evidence and documentation seized from Cerdán’s residence in May, as well as documents provided by the PSOE following a judicial requirement.

The objective of the inquiry is to determine the exact sources of Cerdán’s income and his connection to the ongoing Koldo case. The Prosecutor's Office noted that current investigations have not yet established the origin or the entirety of the funds received by Cerdán. The UCO has estimated that Cerdán and his family members benefited from at least 323,178.41 euros between 2015 and 2024, noting his full control over Servinabar funds.
