Regional infrastructure maintenance and event-related disruptions in Balkans and Slovenia

Various regions in the Balkans and Slovenia are experiencing scheduled service disruptions due to infrastructure maintenance and local events.

In Montenegro, CEDIS has completed work on the Bigova and Tri krsta transformer stations, aimed at improving power quality and supporting tourism development. Additionally, planned maintenance in several Montenegrin locations will result in temporary power outages.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo is facing significant planned electricity outages affecting approximately 170 streets across seven municipalities. Separately, the Sarajevo Run Fest 2026 will cause temporary traffic suspensions and parking restrictions in several central streets on Sunday.

In Republika Srpska, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has introduced traffic bans for heavy vehicles and the transport of explosives on several major roads to mark the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom, and the National Flag.

In Slovenia, Elektro Ljubljana has announced planned power interruptions in the Lukovica area due to distribution network works.
