Sarwendah files lawsuit and custody dispute against Ruben Onsu

Sarwendah has filed a civil lawsuit against Ruben Onsu for alleged breach of contract at the South Jakarta District Court. The lawsuit was officially registered on September 28, with the first hearing scheduled for October 13, 2026.

In a separate matter, Sarwendah has reported a child custody dispute involving Ruben Onsu to the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA). The commission has conducted initial assessments of the two children involved to ensure their well-being and is following standard procedures to provide recommendations.

Agustinus Sirait, Chairman of Komnas PA, has urged both parties to prioritize the psychological interests of their children over personal egos. He emphasized that children have a legal right to maintain relationships with both parents and cautioned against any attempts to block access to the children.
