SAT to hold El Buen Fin 2026 raffle to promote fiscal formality

The Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) will organize the El Buen Fin 2026 raffle, offering prizes of up to 260,000 pesos. The initiative aims to encourage fiscal formality, promote the use of electronic payment methods, and strengthen tax compliance.

Arturo Lázaro Aguilar, the SAT's Decentralized Administrator in Veracruz, stated that the program is designed to help micro and small businesses increase sales and attract new customers through the use of credit and debit cards. He emphasized that being part of the formal economy allows small businesses better access to credit and financing to invest in their growth.
