Saudi Arabia assumes presidency of Arab Federation of Chambers

Saudi Arabia has assumed the presidency of the Arab Federation of Chambers, succeeding Tunisia. Abdullah Saleh Kamel, President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers and President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development, will lead the new term.

The presidency coincides with the implementation of the Federation’s 2026–2030 strategy. This plan aims to expand Arab economic integration by stimulating joint investment and production, linking capital to investment opportunities, developing value chains, and empowering small and medium-sized enterprises. Key priorities include food and industrial security, digital transformation, and integrating the Arab business community into regional and global value chains.

This leadership transition occurs as Saudi Arabia enters the third phase of its Vision 2030 (2026–2030), which focuses on accelerating execution and maximizing impact through government capital expenditure and the roles of the Public Investment Fund and the National Development Fund.
